Drinking Buddy
Introduced in November 2011, the rules for this one were a little convoluted: “Check-in to beer and a venue with a friend within 30 minutes of each other a total of 10 times in a 60 day period”.
As well as being convoluted, it caused some issues with check ins for the app – which resulted in it being “deactivated” in December 2012.
Beer Gathering
Somewhat similar to the Beer Party badge, to earn Beer Gathering check in a beer at a venue that 10 other people have also checked into in the last 5 hours.
Tag, You’re It!
To earn this badge tag friends in 15 check ins during a 60 day period. The badge was introduced in June 2018.
Bottle Share
Introduced in 2012, this is Untappd’s social media badge. Share 10 of your check ins on social media within 60 days to gain the badge. Facebook, Twitter and Swarm are all able to be connected to your Untappd account.
Beer Party
Ok, so a lot of people just earn this one ‘accidentally’ and the description of it can be misinterpreted: “Drinking with friends is fun. Right? You’ve checked in with at least 4 other people within 2 hours.”
To receive this badge, check in a beer at a venue that 4 other people have also checked into in the last 4 hours. No levels to this one, but the Beer Gathering badge is very similar.
Social Drinker
To get this badge, make 10 different comments on other people’s check ins in a month, and then check in a beer yourself.
Toast King
Similar to the Social Drinker in a way, toast 15 check ins of other people in a month, and then check in a beer yourself to get this badge.
