A regional badge for the Balkans, to claim it have 5 beers from breweries in Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Romania, Serbia or Slovenia.

The badge was added in the June 2019 update and, as the badge art suggests, it originally only focused on Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia and Serbia before being expanded in October 2019.
